The Koret School of Veterinary Medicine of the Hebrew University of Jerusalem is the only school of veterinary medicine in Israel.  In addition to the 4-year Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) program (following a first degree), the School also conducts post graduate studies and offers DVM/M.Sc. and DVM/PhD programs in the  Joint Graduate Program of Animal Sciences and Veterinary Sciences.  Veterinary graduates may also take part in internships and residencies that are offered at the Veterinary Teaching Hospital.
